YAY!!!!    Congrats to Dirk and Jessica!! I know Dirk is just over the moon!!!  He really wanted to be a husband and father!!!  I bet the little girl is just beautiful! As a mom myself, who had a daughter ( And you too Sallie)! I am having tears in my eyes! Remember just having our baby girls and looking at her little face for the first time??? !!! OMG , before I get to totally blubbering, let me just say wishing all the best to Dirk and Jessica and their baby girl! |

Oh I do remember Ginger! And just like Jessica I had a c-section. I'll tell you this, that little girl will have no problem in the looks department. Between her mom's looks and her dad's height (at least that's what I'm thinking) she'll probably grow up to be a supermodel. ;D Anyway, congrats to Dirk and Jessica |

Congratulations to Dirk and Jessica. It's nice to know that in today's time she too can grow up to be a basketball player, just like her Grandma Nowitzki.  |

OMG! having MC music choice 70's hits on last night! (Cable TV radio station) "Danny's song" came on! What an appropriate song after the birth of Dirk and Jessica's baby! Even though this was an anticipated boy baby being born! OMG I LOVE this song!!! Kenny Loggins from the early 70's! Than Ann Murray sang it, she is a lovely lady/good singer so no offence but her version wasn't the same!!!  WOW!!! Kenny Loggins Danny's song came out when I was like 10 or 11? IDK. ???But it was one of the most beautiful , heart touching songs I ever heard!!! :)It brought tears of joy to my eyes and still does to this day! I was a little girl and I imagined my husband singing this to me pregnant, loving me, and waiting for the birth of our baby! " Even though we aint got money, I'm so in love with you honey, everything will bring a chain of love , in the morning when I rise, bring a tear of joy to my eyes and tell me everything is going to be alright"! :)Wow, back in the early 70's they didn't know what the baby would be an this guy was really thinking it would be a boy?! ???Wow, such beautiful song, as a pre-teen/little girl anticipating my future as a wife and mother, and now that I am an older woman and I am a mother and hearing this song, it is SO BEAUTIFUL . It still brings me to tears of joy!!! Another beautiful "Pregnancy song" is " Your having my baby" by Paul Anka ! ;)That was another song as a young girl, got me all romantic and wanting to have a hubby and baby!!! .. And Dirk and Jessica have their little baby girl now!!! So sweet and beautiful!!! |
