OMG Sallie. I just pretty much now just read on the internet about Jeans's passing!  What a sweet, humble lady she was.! She was like a Mom or an Auntie!! Our dear, sweet Edith!! A wonderful, sweet, funny lady!!  RIP Jean/Edith |

In my family the show was never called 'All in the Family' it was always called 'Archie Bunker'. My paternal grandfather is known to have hung up on people, including me when I was little, to go watch his "show".
